空调水系统变频节能改造分析及应用

摘    要:对于中央空调水系统水泵的选择,一般是根据最大冷负荷确定其流量和扬程,在实际运营中,由于空调经常处于部分负荷下运行,造成系统水流量过大,导致系统能耗浪费。通过对中央空调水系统的计算及分析,设计及采用变频控制系统对空调水系统进行节能降耗,系统安装运行正常,达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:For selection of water pump in central air conditioning system, volume and water head are decided normally based on the maximum cooling load, the system often works on part load in actual operation, the system water volume will be larger because of this, and the more energy will be wasted. According to calculation and analysis of the air-conditioning water system, provided that design and apply frequency converter control system in the air-conditioning water system to reduce the energy consumption , the control system works well , and it reaches the forecast result. The practice proves that this control system could be applied widely.
