扭曲型钢纤维混凝土在薄壳护坡结构中的应用研究

摘    要:结合钢纤维混凝土在一种新型土石坝护坡结构中的应用,在水灰比一定的条件下,对扭曲型钢纤维体积率对混凝土主要力学性能的影响进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,掺入钢纤维可提高混凝土的抗拉、抗折强度,但增强效果并不随纤维含量的增加而成比例增加,而对抗压强度的提高影响不大,当钢纤维体积率达到0.7%后,抗压强度反而有所降低。综合试验结果和薄壳护坡结构的特性,建议在新型护坡结构中,钢纤维体积率选为0.7%。

Abstract:In combination with the application of steel fiber reinforced concrete in a new thin-shell slope-protection structure of earth-rock dam, this paper analyzes the influence of the volume ratio of distorted steel fiber reinforced concrete on the main mechanical performances of concrete under the condition of certain water-cement ratio. The test results showed that steel fiber could enhance the tensile and rupture strength of concrete, but slightly influence its compression strength. When the content of steel fiber is over 0.7%, the compression strength will be weakened, It is suggested that the optimum content of steel fiber in the new slope-protection structure should be 0-7%.
