| 摘 要： | 对150t/d聚酯短丝热定型机在运行过程中出现的故障进行分析,探讨了锁紧片断裂及轴承、联轴器、挡油圈、齿轮损坏等设备故障产生的原因,初步制定出了该机的维护措施。

| Abstract: | The breakdowns occured in the 150 t/d PET staple tension-setting machine running process were analysed.The reasons for the locking piece breakage and the breakdown of bearing,coupling,oil baffle,gear were studied.The maintenance measures of the machine were worked out. |
