酸性环境下一维纳米AlOOH聚集体形态及“生长基元”模型

摘    要:晶体生长形态是晶体生长过程中定向发展的结果,除与晶体本身的结构特点有关以外,还与生长环境有关。分析了酸性水热环境下AlOOH产物形貌特征,从原子"聚集体"层面揭示了外界环境pH对AlOOH结晶过程及最终形貌的影响机理。初步构建了一维纳米AlOOH的"生长基元"运动模型。从"生长基元运动"的角度讨论了纳米晶体的结晶过程,指出了pH=3和pH=5环境条件下纳米AlOOH的Al3+三聚体Al3(OH)4(OH2)9]5+?Al3(OH)5(OH2)8]4+?Al3(OH)6(OH2)7]3+的特点,用实验样品形貌直接验证了所建模型的正确性。得出"不同的pH决定不同的生长基元,不同的生长基元决定不同的侨联运动过程,并最终决定晶体一维定向生长成单锥晶须或双锥棒状形貌"的结论。
