| Abstract: | The paper makes an introduction to the development stage and trend of quality management, and the ben-efits received by the enterprises in connection to quality management. Based on experiences learning from these en-terprises, the author proposes that the combination of quality management and enterprise development is a win-win solution and is feasible, inevitable and irreversible, which may be referenced by more enterprises. |
