| 摘 要： | 针对长洲水利枢纽工程特点，结合原有安全监测系统，从满足国家技术管理、电站内部管理及专业人员数据查询需求出发，依托信息技术，以B/S、C/S架构为技术支撑，建立全方位的安全监测管理系统，保证工程安全、高效运行；并通过长洲水利枢纽安全监测数据管理系统的工程实践，为类似工程数据管理与信息化建设提供参考样本。

| Abstract: | Based on the project characteristics of Changzhou hydro-complex and the existing safety monitoring sys-tem, to build a comprehensive safety monitoring and management system, relying on information technology and B/S and C/S framework support, on the demands of national technical management, the station internal management and professional data query, so as to ensure safe and efficient operation of Changzhou hydro-complex. The practice of safety monitoring and management system therein can be well referenced by similar projects. |
