摘    要:针对航空钛合金结构件数控粗加工效率低、刀具磨损快、加工过程中切削功率变化较大的问题,基于VERICUT软件二次开发技术进行了粗加工数控代码优化的研究,阐明了常规数控代码编制方法存在问题的原因,给出了识别优化位置的算法和不同情况下数控代码优化的计算方法。测试结果表明:优化后的数控代码加工效率明显提高,刀具磨损程度减小,切削功率变化平稳。提出的优化方法为实现大型航空钛合金结构件安全、高效的数控粗加工技术提供了一种新思路。

Abstract:According to the problems of low efficiency of rough machining,rapid tool wear and great change of cutting power during processing which were often observed in cutting aviatic titanium alloy structure part,the research of NC code optimization was done based on the secondary development of VERICUT software.The problem of conventional NC code compiling method was illustrated.The algorithm of identifying optimized location and the computational method of NC code optimization under different conditions were given.Test results show that the processing efficiency improves significantly,tool wear decreases and the cutting power changes steadily.The proposed optimization method provides a new thought for titanium alloy structure part safe and efficient rough machining.
