CO2激光光束在直流TIG电弧中传输形态研究

摘    要:使用光束光斑质量诊断仪检测了CO2激光垂直穿过直流TIG电弧后的光斑半径及传输方向的变化,考察了激光离焦量及作用电弧位置对光斑的影响,计算了光束通过电弧后的偏折角度。结果表明,电弧等离子体的"负透镜效应"使得激光束在0、+10 mm离焦量下作用电弧中间位置时,测量的光斑比原始光斑半径增大;-10 mm离焦量下光斑缩小。电弧的"棱镜"折射,使得光束穿过电弧后有向阴极的微小偏折,计算偏折角度为0.8°。激光束0离焦量,作用电弧阳极附近时,光斑呈椭圆。

Beam configuration study of CO2 laser transmitting in DC TIG arc

Abstract:Beam diagnosis was used to measure the laser radius and transmit direction when the CO2 laser passed through the DC TIG arc and the influence of laser defocus and the arc position laser on the spot were studied, and the reflection angle was calculated. Results showed that Facula radius was enlarged for 0 and+10 mm laser defocus because of arc plasma's "Negative Lens F.fl'ect",and facula radius was reduced while 1~10 mm defocused. Since arc's refraction as a "Prism",laser's trana- mission direction was deflected to cathode for a small angle of 0. 80. Facula was elliptical for laser in- cidenee near are cathode.
