摘    要:煤气热值及空燃比是影响加热炉能耗指标的重要因素之一。通过配置煤气热值仪及烟道残/定氧分析仪,在线、实时检测煤气热值和烟道残氧数值,并通过模型计算,合理、动态地配置空燃比,从而实现降低加热炉吨钢燃耗及氧化烧损率的目的。

Abstract:The calorific value of gas and air/fuel ratio are the important factors influencing the reheating furnace energy consumption index level. Through the allocation of gas calorific value instrument and flue residual/oxygen analyzer, the calorific value of gas and flue residual oxygen numerical are detected on-line and real-time, through the calculation of the model and the dynamic allocation of reasonable air-fuel ratio, the purpose of reducing the fuel consumption per ton of steel unit reheating furnace and oxidation burning loss rate is achieved.
