基于ANSYS的笔记本电脑包装件跌落仿真研究

摘    要:电子产品的损坏原因有很大一部分是由于跌落碰撞,目前对此的测试方法需要耗费大量的人力和财力。应用ANSYS分析软件建立瓦楞纸箱、缓冲垫和笔记本电脑的有限元模型,模拟实际的运输流通环境和仓库堆码环境对模型进行跌落试验,得到笔记本电脑在不同条件下跌落的受力情况。通过这种有限元分析方法不仅能得到所需要的实验数据,同时还能有效地降低实际测试费用。

Abstract:Damage to electronic products is mostly caused by dropping impact and collision. The test method currently used takes a lot of human and financial resources. The finite element model of corrugated boxes, cushion and laptop computers is established by using ANSYS software to simulate model drop test with the actual environment, the flow of transport and warehouse stacking environment. The results of the model drop test show the difference under different conditions of environment and fit the experiment well. By the finite element analysis method, we can not only obtain the necessary experiment data, but also reduce the actual cost of testing effectively.
