摘    要:以U形板料为研究对象,综合考察评价了多个工艺参数对U形板料冲压回弹量的影响。通过正交表安排试验,对板料的冲压进行数值模拟获得冲压回弹量,取得试验数据。研究了不同工艺参数对板料回弹影响的程度,得到了使板料回弹量最小的参数组合。将正交试验法用于冲压工艺参数的优化,在保证一定的分析精度前提下,显著节省了工艺制订的时间,提高了工艺参数设计的效率。

Abstract:The influence of process parameters on springback of sheet metal is studied comprehensively by using U-shape sheet metal as the test object.To plan the total experiment according to the orthogonal test table,CAE software is used to simulate the punching process.The springback quantity and parameter combination to minimize springback are obtained.Orthogonal test method is used to optimize the process parameters.On the premise of precision satisfaction,it cuts down the process time evidently and improves the efficiency of process design.
