汽车前保险杠浇注系统优化及实施

摘    要:注塑过程中,影响注塑结果的参数很多,难以完全凭经验来确定较优的浇注系统设计方案。采用CAE技术,在充分掌握注塑过程经验的基础上,建立2种汽车前保险杠浇注系统并进行模拟分析,得到填充情况、注射压力、锁模力及翘曲变形情况的数据。从这些数据可以预测出可能出现的注塑结果,进而对比分析2种浇注方案的优劣。结果显示,采用较优方案进行模具浇注系统加工并试模,可以得到与模拟分析一致的较优制品质量。

Abstract:In the molding process,various factors may affect the final product.Therefore,it's difficult to determine which runner system design is better if simply based on man's experience.By employing the CAE technology and based on a full knowledge of the runner system,two front bumper runner systems have been established to go through a series of simulation analysis.Statistics of filling,injection pressure,clamping force and warpage have been obtained,from which possible outcome can be predicted and hence the two systems can be compared and analyzed to judge which is better.The results showed that the adoption of the better design can produce better quality products,which is in agreement with the simulation analysis.
