| 摘 要： | 通过对微生物学专业基础课的课程教学环节、教学内容、教学过程、教学手段、教学方式及实践教学等的不断改革，培养了学生专业学习兴趣，拓展了学生的知识面和实践能力。研究表明：在专业基础课教学中，加强专业教育和专业兴趣培养，可以大大提高学生的学习积极性。

| Abstract: | Through strengthening the reform of class arrangement, teaching content, teaching process, teaching methods and practice teaching in microbiology course, we motivate the students＇ professional interest and enhance the students＇ professional knowledge and practical ability. The study showed that strengthening professional education and professional interest cultivation in professional basic courses can enhance students＇ learning initiative. |
