锻造工艺对钼粉烧结体的材料性能的改善

摘    要:通过对钼粉烧结体与钼粉烧结锻造体2种试验材料进行单向压缩试验,比较了试样不同的力学性能、组织形态与显微硬度,结果表明,锻造工艺可以明显改善粉末材料的性能,从而为钼粉烧结体的使用与后续加工提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:A one-way compression test for molybdenum powder sintered body and molybdenum powder forging sintered body material is carried out to compare different mechanical properties,morphology and micro-hardness.The result shows that the forging process can significantly improve the performance of powder materials,which provides a new processing method for the use and follow-up processing of molydenum powder sintered body.
