摘    要:有色金属压力容器是航天飞行器关键部件之一,其质量直接关系飞行器的安全及使用寿命。综述了有色金属压力容器在制造和验收过程中重点采用的无损检测方法,包括常规射线、超声和渗透及非常规的声发射、激光全息、泄漏和目视检测等,且分别介绍了它们的应用和特点。

Abstract:Nonferrous pressure vessel is an important part of aerospace equipment. Its quality directly influences the safe and life for space borne. The nondestructive inspection techniques for nonferrous metal pressure vessel during its fabrication and acceptance are reviewed including radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant testing, acoustic emission testing, leak testing, holographic testing and visual examination. The characteristics of these applied NDT methods are also introduced.
