| Abstract: | Electronic commerce platform of enterprise was takenas an object of study, the intension of electronic commerce and its eommereial mode were introduced simply. The main problems in existing network station of enterprise and its causes were emphasized. Feasible re-establishment and optimization plans of electronic commercial platform were put forward. |
