| Abstract: | The refining mechanism of CaO crucible to refine Ni and Fe based alloys is analyzed.Some examples of CaO crucible successfully used for refining in the fields of electronics,superconducting motheralloy,etc are enumerated.The application of CaO crucible refining in advanced structure materials(including aviation and navigation cast,high temperature alloy cast for aviation engine) is summerized. The prospect of CaO crucible refining is forecast. |
