国有企业人力资源发展与职工培训的关系

摘    要:文章从介绍国有企业人力资源的现状开始,阐明了在目前的世界大形势下人才的重要性,分析了现阶段我国国有企业人力资源存在的问题,人才流失的原因等。针对这些问题和原因,提出了培训的概念,接着从培训的概念及理论研究的发展入手,分析了人力资源发展与培训的关系,并阐述了它们之间的重要性。

Abstract:From the introduction of human resources situation in state-owned enterprises, the article expounded the importance of talented persons at present. It aslo analyzed the problems of it and the reasons for brain drain and so on. In view of these questions, the paper has proposed the training concept, analyzed the relations between human resources development and training and elaborated their importance from the training concept and the fundamental research development two aspects.
