摘    要:核心企业对各因素的评价标准客观上影响着对合作伙伴的评价结果。基于模糊综合评价法 ,提出了一种面向核心企业的合作伙伴优选决策模型。该模型充分考虑了核心企业对各因素的评价标准 ,避免了无量纲化处理定量因素 ,在柯西分布的基础上 ,确定了通用的因素指标隶属函数 ,采用模糊集重心法来处理模糊评价结果向量。本文详细描述了决策步骤和相关原理 ,并用实例验证了其科学性

Abstract:The elements′evaluation standard offered by the core enterprise has an effect on the evaluation result of partner selection. Based on the method of fuzzy-synthetic evaluation, a decision model of core-enterprise-oriented partner selection was proposed. This model seriously considered elements′ evaluation standard offered by the core enterprise and avoided dimensionless processing of quantitative element, then established common elements′ membership functions on the basis of the basic Cauchy distribution, fuzzy-set-gravity method was employed to deal with fuzzy evaluation result. The relevant principle and procedure were described in detail, and a case example was presented to validate this model.
