| 摘 要： | 介绍冶金行业生产过程中彩涂板,汽车板产品的表面涂层的耐久性试验、产品理化指标分析,老化测试设备性能的说明,测试设备使用过程中出现一些问题及故障原因分析。并顺利排除了故障,有效地保证了设备的正常运行,其中的经验与教训与同行分享。

| Abstract: | This article describes the color coating production process in metallurgical industry,the durability test of automobile plate products surface coating,the analysis of physical-chemistry index of products,the instruction of aging test equipment's performance and some problems and breakdowns occurred in the course of using test equipment.Finally successfully resolved the problems,ensuring the normal running of equipment,the experiences and lessons can be shared with other people in this field. |
