结合当代中国毛衫的流行趋势,经过多次调试,在手摇横机上进行时尚毛衫小样的开发。设计了现代、新颖的面料花纹,摒除了传统单一的基本组织结构,通过抽针、收放针、移圈等方式的变化与应用,形成了网眼、镂空、凹凸、波纹等面料外观效应。通过选用合适的纱线和机号编织出的几款毛衫面料小样适合制作不同风格的横机毛衫,充分展示了横机面料的多样与变化以及时装毛衫的大方、轻盈、柔美等特点,同时也为企业的工业化生产提供实践依据。

Development of stylish sweater hand samples on manual flat knitting machine

In this paper,several sweater hand samples were developed after several debugging according to the trend of sweaters.Some fabric appearance effects including mesh,hollowing,concave-convex and ripple and so on that could be formed by the applying of drop needle,widening and narrowing,loop transfer and so on after designing novel pattern and getting rid of conventional fabric structure.Several hand samples which fits for different style sweaters were knitted after selecting suitable yarn and device number and...
