| 摘 要： | 为了充分发挥并条机自调匀整装置的作用和效能,系统控制并条重量不匀和不稳定现象,从工艺设计、匀整工艺、匀整电气、匀整机械、匀整操作、运转管理等方面分析了并条产生重不匀和不稳定的原因,并采取了相应措施,最终有效地防治了并条重量不匀以及出现的不稳定现象,提升了纱线品质。

| Abstract: | To make full use of drawing frame autoleveler device function and effect,and modifying systematically control sliver weight unevenness and instability phenomena,reasons of sliver weight unevenness and instability were analyzed from processing design,electrical appliance,machine,operation and management etc.Related measures were adopted, finally the above problems can be prevented effectively,yarn quality can be improved. |
