| 摘 要： | 高等职业院校以培养有一定理论知识和较强实践能力的专门人才为目的,是高等学校的重要组成部分。现阶段我国高校在校生一半以上为高职院校学生,如何加强高职院校学生思想政治工作,培养新型社会主义事业建设者和接班人,是当代高等职业教育面临的重大课题。通过对高职院校思想政治工作特征进行归纳、存在问题进行分析,提出新形势下进一步做好高职院校学生思想政治工作的对策。
