| 摘 要： | 以丝光羊毛、锦纶、羊绒纤维为原料,采用半精纺和赛络纺纺纱工艺纺制丝光羊毛∕锦纶∕羊绒花式纱。对丝光羊毛、锦纶、羊绒纤维的性能进行了阐述,并对半精纺、毛纺系统和赛络纺系统做了介绍。对纺纱生产中的主要工艺参数优化、技术措施和应注意的问题进行了分析。对赛络纺喇叭口间距对成纱性能及花式效应的影响进行了实验分析,得出了最佳工艺参数。通过对喂入粗纱定量的调整及其色彩的搭配纺出了特殊外观和性能的赛络花式纱。
