| 摘 要： | 探讨以纯棉纱作经纱、染色棉或漂白棉与负离子粘胶纤维混纺纱作纬纱的功能性织物用作床上用品套件的设计与开发过程。通过对产品风格与织物规格、织物组织搭配、花形款式、工艺配置等方面整体设计,所开发的宽幅色纺细特高密负离子功能性系列配套织物不但物理性能满足标准要求,而且与纯棉织物相比,可使空气负离子浓度增加1.8倍左右,每米织物增加纱线成本2.80元左右,每套床上用品增加纱线成本22.40元左右。
