再生蚕丝蛋白纤维的性能研究

摘    要:研究再生蚕丝蛋白纤维的性能。对蚕丝、粘胶和再生蚕丝蛋白纤维各方面的性能进行了测试比较。结果表明:再生蚕丝蛋白纤维的物理性能、热学性能和抗紫外线性能整体上介于蚕丝纤维和粘胶纤维之间,其红外光谱图与粘胶纤维较为相似。认为:直接染料对再生蚕丝蛋白纤维具有良好的染色性能,且纤维具有良好的耐碱性,但耐酸性较差。

Abstract:Properties of regenerated silk protein fiber were researched.Properties of silk and viscose were tested and contrasted.The result shows that physical property,thermal property,UV resistance of regenerated silk protein fiber are between that of silk and viscose.Infrared spectra of regenerated silk protein fiber are similar to that of the viscose.It is considered that dyeing property of direct dyes to regenerated silk protein fiber is better,the fiber has resistance to alkali not acid.
