摘    要:使用HD-1B型冷等离子体改性处理仪处理羊毛机织物,利用正交试验分析影响处理效果因素的主次顺序和探讨等离子体处理的最佳工艺参数。测定羊毛织物的润湿时间和表观色深K/S值2个指标,采用综合评分法把各指标数值折合为一定标准的分数,然后合并成一个总分进行分析。结果表明,影响因素的主次为:处理时间,输出功率,工作气体。最佳整理工艺为:反应时间30 s,输出功率55 W,工作气体为空气。

Abstract:Wool woven fabric was treated by HD-1B cold plasma machine to analyze the primary sequence of factors affecting plasma treated wool effect and determine the optimum technology of wool plasma treatment by orthogonal design.The water-absorption time and K/S value of wool fabric were measured.The comprehensive evaluation method was used.The index of water-absorption time and K/S value was respectively converted into the standard score,which was added.It was concluded that the primary sequence was treatment tim...
