| 摘 要： | 探讨智能三维机织玄武岩纤维复合材料的制备方法。原料采用以800 tex有捻玻璃纤维纱为经纱、2 000 tex玄武岩纤维无捻粗纱为纬纱以及以直径为0.7 mm的康铜电阻丝,通过VARTM成形工艺,开发设计了智能三维机织玄武岩纤维复合材料,并对其应变丝电阻的变化进行了检测。认为:在普通织机上经适当改造,便能开发生产带电阻丝的三维机织玄武岩纤维预制件;通过VARTM成形工艺,把带电阻丝的三维机织玄武岩纤维织物与不饱和聚酯树脂复合成形,制成具有感知负载功能的敏感智能复合材料,工艺简单,成本低。
