摘    要:研究了2-氰乙基-5-降冰片稀-2-醛的合成方法,其为环戊二烯-丙烯醛法生产2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶的一个重要中间体。此中间体由丙烯腈与5-降冰片稀-2-醛经叔丁醇与氢氧化钾催化发生迈克尔加成反应而生成。通过实验得到了反应的优惠条件,目标产物的收率可达98%以上。

Abstract:The compound 2-cyanoethyl-5-norbornene-2-carboxaldehyde is a key intermediate of 2-chloro-5-chloromethylpyridine through cyclopentadiene-acraldehyde method. 2-cyanoethyl-5-norbornene-2-carboxaldehyde was synthesized through a Michael addition reaction of acrylonitrile and 5-norbornene-2-carboxaldehyde using tert-butyl alcohol and potassium hydroxide as catalyst at room temperature. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained via experiments with a yield of the title product of above 98%.
