高等职业技术学院核心竞争力初探

随着高等职业教育的快速发展,高等职业技术学院之间的竞争日趋激烈,提高高职院的竞争力成为当务之急。本文根据高职教育的发展趋势及其特点,阐述了提高高职院竞争力的四个核心因素,即领导的观念是核力,基础管理是内力,院企合作是外力,学院文化是动力。只有靠核力、强内力、借外力和促动力,才能永续高职院的发展。

Preliminary Research on Core Competitive of Higher Technology and Vocational Education College

With the accelerative development of higher vocational education, competition between Higher Vocational and Technology Education College (HVTEC) is more and more intensive. So it becomes urgent affairs that we shall improve competitive power of HVTEC. To improve competitive power, we should lay emphasis on the following aspects, for instance, teaches strength, hardware establishment, students quality and so on. In terms of character and development trend of higher vocational education, this paper sets forth four core factors, which are important factors for improving competitive power of HVTEC. These factors are as follows: leaders' conception is core power; fundamental management is internal force; cooperation between college and business is external force; culture of college is motivity. In order to retain continuous development of HVTEC, we must depend on core power, strengthen internal force, make use of external force and promote motivity.
