电瓷钢脚锌环界面结合质量超声波检测技术

摘    要:选择浇铸纯锌做牺牲阳极覆盖在钢脚表面的方法,能够有效地防止钢脚的腐蚀。然而,防腐蚀铸层与钢脚间的结合不良将削弱锌的阳极保护作用。用超声波检测技术对防腐蚀层结合质量进行测定,结果证明,该技术能够无损地对防腐蚀层结合质量进行评价,检测结果与传统方法的测量较好吻合。

Abstract:The casting pure zinc is often chosen as sacrifice anode covering on the surface of steel-foot to prevent the corrosion. However the poor bond between the anticorrosion casting coating and steel-foot would weaken the anodic protection of zinc. So ultrasonic detection technique was used to examine the bond quality of coating. Results showed that the technique could evaluate the bond quality nondestructively, and the testing results were coincide with those by traditional method.
