摘    要:以 HG-2 0 0 8/1 8.2 -YM2型四角切向燃烧锅炉为原型进行冷态模化试验 ,采用热线风速仪测量了上部炉膛及水平烟道内的流场 ,研究了上部炉膛屏区气流速度分布特点 ,分析了水平烟道内烟气速度偏差和温度偏差的形成机理 ,为科学地分析过热器、再热器超温爆管的原因和减小水平烟道烟气温度偏差提供参考。图 9表 1参 4

Abstract:A cold state modeling test is carried out on the model of HG 2008/18.2 YM2 type tangentially fired boilers. The flow field in furnace and in horizontal flue gas pass is measured detailedly using Hot Wire Anemometer. The velocity distribution in the upper part of furnace is investigated, and the forming mechanism of the flue gas velocity/temperature deviation in the horizontal pass is analyzed. It can serve as an important experimental reference for analyzing the cause of the overheating and tube failure of superheaters and reheaters and for decreasing the flue gas temperature deviation in the horizontal pass.
