| 摘 要： | 介绍了广西水利水电建设在近年来取得的主要成就,论述了新闻宣传及舆论工作对推动和引导广大群众关心、支持及参与水利工作,增强水忧患意识的积极作用.分析了新闻宣传工作与水利事业发展之间的关系,并对广西今后如何加强水利新闻宣传及舆论引导工作提出了建议.

| Abstract: | Based on an introduction of the major achievements of water and hydropower construction in Guangxi in recent years, the author discussed the active function of news propaganda and public opinion in guiding the public to be concerned about, support and participate in water conservation work and strengthening their worries about water, analyzed the relationship between newspapering and water conservation industry, and give suggestions for strengthening the guide function of water construction news and public opinion in Guangxi. |
