薄钢混凝土柱穿心肋板铰接节点试验研究

摘    要:提出了在薄钢-混凝土柱中设置穿心肋板,并通过螺栓与钢梁铰接连接的新型节点形式。通过11个试件的试验研究,探讨了薄壁设肋方钢管混凝土柱中穿心肋板的抗剪承载力。试验结果表明,所有试件的穿心肋板均能与柱可靠连接、合理受力,试件的破坏模式为穿心肋板受剪撕裂破坏或螺栓孔承压破坏。肋板因主要承受剪力而发生了明显的剪切变形,试件的试验屈服承载力与按Von Mises屈服准则计算的屈服承载力较一致。

Abstract:A new type of joint,which was composed of concrete-filled thin-walled steel tubular column,where the shear plates penetrated the column and the steel beams hinged with the plates by bolts,was put forward in this paper.Eleven specimens were tested to investigate the shearing resistance of the shear plates,which were penetrated the square concrete-filled thin-walled steel tube columns with ribs.The results show that the connections between the shear plates and the columns are reliable and reasonable for all s...
