摘    要:介绍了芳纶帘线-橡胶界面粘合性能的研究方法,并对芳纶帘线-橡胶复合材料静态粘合性能进行研究,采用H抽出对其进行评价。研究和评价的结果表明,采用改性剂M改性的RFL浸渍系统对芳纶纤维与橡胶粘合能力有显著的提高,并且得出了改性剂M填加量的最佳值。

Abstract:The methods of studying the interfacial bonding behavior between aramid cord and rubber was intraduced, and the static bonding behavior in the aramid cord/rubber composite was actually studied and evaluated using H pull-out method. The study and evaluation showed that the modification of RFL impregnation system with modifier M resulted in significant improvement of aramid fiber/rubber bonding and yielded the optimum value of modifier M amount to be added.
