摘    要:分析了小曲柄防自转机构的工作原理,将小曲柄防自转机构简化为平行四连杆机构;确定了小曲柄数目的合理选择及其相对分布位置。研究结果表明,小曲柄防自转机构具有防转精度高,受力特性好等优点,但对加工精度要求高。

Abstract:The operation principle of anti - rotation mechanism with the small wrist crank is analysed, it is obtained as parallel four connecting rods of organizations. The rational choice of the figure of the small cranks and the position relatively are confirmed. The study results that small anti - rotation mechanism with the small crank is to be high to anti-rotation, to receive strength characteristic advantage such as being kind, but expect much accuracy to machining.
