微乳液法制备Fe3+掺杂纳米TiO2

摘    要:以四氯化钛和硝酸铁为原料,通过微乳液法制备纳米TiO2和Fe3 掺杂纳米TiO2;运用热重/差热(TG/DTA)、红外光谱分析(IR)、X-射线衍射(X-RD)等方法对产物的晶体结构、晶粒大小进行了表征;X-RD分析结果表明,所制备的TiO2主要为锐钛矿型,粒子平均粒径约为12 nm,在Fe3 掺杂下,TiO2的晶型转变温度发生了改变,平均粒径减小;红外光谱测试结果表明,随着微乳体系油水比的增大,Ti-O-Ti键的吸收频率产生蓝移,TiO2粒径减小。

Abstract:The nano-titania and Fe3 doped nano-titania were prepared by microemulsions.TiCl4 and Fe(NO3)3 were used as raw materials.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetric plots-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA) and infrared spectrometry(IR) respectively.The results of XRD revealed that the average diameter of titania was around 12 nm,and was mainly anatase crystal style.Fe3 doping could change the temperature of crystal structure transformation,and reduced the average size.The results of IR indicated that with the increase of ratio of oil phase,the vibration peak of Ti-O-Ti showed blue shift and the particles were reduced.
