权力象征∈行政中心?--从历史传统的角度论院、轴、台在当代行政中心中的不合理性

行政中心是目前我国城市化背景下的重点建设项目类型之一,针对行政领导机关提出的“亲民”、“平等对话”、“服务型政府”等政府形象的导向,很多新建的行政中心也顺应形势展现出了不同于过去政府的新姿态。但是即便如此,这些行政中心中仍然存在着与“亲民”、“平等”、“服务”等当代先进的政治理念相违背的形态特征。本文欲从历史传统的角度分析这些特征的根源及性质,并力图由此说明它们与当代社会背景的不适应性以及在当代行政中心中的不合理性。

Symbol of Power or Administration Centers --Discussion on the Irrationality of the Existence of Yards,Axis and Pedestal in Contemporary Administration Centers from a Historical Perspective

Administration center is one of the most important types of constructive projects under the background of urbanization in China. Up against the demands of the government's impression raised by administrative departments, such as "amiable to citizens", "coequal dialog", "service government" etc., a number of new-constructed administration centers have showed a new appearance different from the old governments. Nevertheless, there are still a few configuration features existing in those administration centers, which deviate from the contemporary advanced political concepts such as amiability, coequality, service, etc. This article is about to analyze the origins and the characters of those features from a historical perspective, and tries to elucidate their inadaptability under the contemporary social background and their irrationality in contemporary administration centers.
