金属表面黑色磷化液的研究

摘    要:选用马日夫盐、三氯化锑、酒石酸钠、磷酸、钼酸钠及自制的聚合物-A和聚合物-B为黑化液的主要成分,通过正交试验优化出了最佳配比,即:马日夫盐8.0 g/L,三氯化锑6.0 g/L,酒石酸钠6.0 g/L,磷酸50g/L,钼酸钠1.0 g/L,聚合物-A 1.0 g/L,聚合物-B 1.5 g/L.测试结果表明,采用该黑化液得到的黑化膜致密、均匀,抗蚀性好.

Abstract:This study choiced the manganese dihydrogen phosphate,antimony trichloride,tartaric acid,phosphoric acid,sodium molybdate,polymer-A and polymer-B as the main raw materials in the the system of blacken phosphating solution for metal surface.By orthogonal testes the optimum process conditions were optimized out namely: manganese dihydrogen phosphate was 8.0 g/L,antimony trichloride was 6.0 g/L,tartrate was 6.0 g/L,phosphoric acid was 50 g/L,sodium molybdate was 1.0 g/L,polymer-A was 1.0 g/L,polymer-B was 1.5 g/L.Test results show that the blacken phosphated film is tight uniform,and has good adhesion.
