东-黄管线在役16Mn钢的力学性能及腐蚀行为

摘    要:利用力学性能测试装置和电化学测试技术研究了东-黄管线在役16Mn钢的力学性能指标和腐蚀行为。给出了在役16Mn钢的部分力学性能参数,腐蚀电位随浸泡时间的变化关系,以及不同浸泡时间后的极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱。结果表明,在役16Mn钢的各项力学性能参数相对于未服役的16Mn钢有不同程度的降低。16Mn钢在东营土壤模拟液中的腐蚀行为比较复杂,腐蚀过程表现为初期发生均匀腐蚀,后期发生局部腐蚀,而且整个腐蚀过程中的腐蚀速度不规律变化。

Abstract:The corrosion behavior of in-service 16Mn steel for Dong-Huang pipeline in Dongying simulated soil solution was investigated by open circuit potential test,polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The mechanical properies of in-service 16 Mn steel were characterized as well.The results showed that the yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and Young’s modulus of in-service 16 Mn steel were reduced by comparing with those of 16 Mn steel before service.According to the electrochemical results,the corrosion process of in-service 16 Mn steel in Dongying simulated soil solution was characterized as general corrosion at the beginning,and localized corrosion occurred after several weeks of immersion.Moreover,there was no obvious mathematical relationship between corrosion rate and immersion time.
