摘    要:介绍了玉环电厂水冷壁结构特点,分析了节流孔板结垢堵塞造成超温及爆管的原因。 为有效预防水冷壁节流孔板结垢,建议在机组投产前应加强化学清洗,机组给水处理采用加氧处理方式。

Abstract:The paper introduces the water-wall structure characters in Yuhuan Power Plant,and analyzes causes of over temperature and pipe explosion caused by scale blocking of throttle orifice.For prevention of blocking chemical cleaning before unit to be put into operation,and oxygenation treatment for unit feed water treatment are suggested.
