施工状态大跨钢管拱桁架结构受力变形监测与分析

摘    要:对某体育馆屋盖大跨钢管拱桁架结构施工中变形监测及分析表明:处于施工过程中的钢管拱桁架及支墩变形随季节温度变化规律明显,变形与施工时间、支墩抗力体系结构的不对称及施工所处工况状态有关。施工中的结构与竣工后服役状态结构受力及变形特点不同,必须认真分析、制定合理的施工方案,确保工程质量。

Abstract:In this article,authors monitor and analyze the deformation of a large-span steel-pipe arch truss gymnasium during construction.Results shows that regulation of deformation varying with season temperature is obvious in the construction state of the steel-pipe bow frame and buttress,while the deformation is related to the construction time,the asymmetry of resist strength system of the buttress and the work conditions of construction state.For the structure loading and deformation feature in construction is different from the state on active service after completion,the constructors must analyze conscientiously,plan rational construction scheme,guarantee project quality.
