摘    要:以ZSM - 5分子筛为催化剂 ,通过烯烃的催化裂解高选择性地制备丙烯。合成了粒径在 0 2~ 30 μm之间的 3种晶粒的ZSM - 5分子筛 ,并考察了它们在烯烃裂解反应中的催化性能。结果表明 ,提高反应温度有利于提高目的产物丙烯的收率 ,小晶粒的分子筛具有更强的容碳能力和更好的催化稳定性。

Abstract:A catalytic cracking process for production of propylene from C 4 olef ins by contacting C 4 olefins with a crystalline silicate catalyst of the ZSM- 5 molecular sieve was investigated.Three kinds of ZSM-5 molecular sieve,with crystalline diameters in the range of 0 2~30 μm,were synthesized,and corresponding activity in o lef ins catalytic cracking were determined.Small crystalline ZSM-5 molecular sieve use d as catalyst was found to be able to retard catalyst aging during olefin conver sion reaction and to have better catalyst stability.Yield of propylene increas ed with reaction temperature.
