竖井贯流泵装置流道水力性能分析

摘    要:针对竖井贯流泵装置中,进、出水流道水力损失所占比重较大的问题,通过分析泵装置流道的三维数值模拟结果,对流道型线进行了优化设计,获得了水力性能较好的型线方案。结合模型试验结果,表明流道型线优化后的水泵装置效率较高,具有较好的水力性能。

Abstract:According to the facts that the hydraulic losses of inlet and outlet passage takes a large proportion in shaft tubular pump sets, 3D numerical simulation of pump sets'passage is analyzed, the passage shape is optimally designed and the passage shape with better hydraulic performance is obtained. Comparing with pump model device experiment, the pump sets with optimal passage shape is of high efficiency and good hydraulic performance.
