| 摘 要： | 在了解模具塑料零件的材料特性和分析零件结构特点的基础上，确定了注塑模具的结构形式、分型面的位置。根据已有注塑机的型号和参数，选定了型腔的数目。介绍了注塑模的总体构造、主要零件的结构设计以及模具的校核、工作原理。该模具结构简单合理，工作可靠，成型塑料制品的质量合格稳定。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of the material properties and the structural characteristics of the plastic part, the injection mold＇s structure and positions of two parting surfaces were determined. The number of cavities was also determined according to the type and parameters of the injection molding machine. The general structure, design of main parts, adjusting and working principles of the injection mold were all introduced. This injection mold has a simple and reasonable structure and it was reliable in operation. The quality of the plastic products turned out to be good and stable. |
