螺杆钻具挠性轴力学模型建立及主控因素敏感性分析

摘    要:挠性轴是螺杆钻具中的关键零部件,也是易失效件之一。针对挠性轴常见的失效特征,结合具体工况,建立了力学模型和有限元计算模型,通过大量的数值计算,研究了挠性轴主控因素对整体应力水平的敏感性,并根据计算结果进行了结构优化。计算结果表明,优化方案可大幅度降低挠性轴的整体应力水平。

Abstract:Flexible shaft is a key component of positive-displacement motor, it is also a main vulnerable parts. In this paper, the failure feature is put forward. This article establishes its mechanical model and Finite-Element model, the numerical calculation is done. Relationship between its mechanical behavior and main relevant parameters are analyzed. Mechanical evaluation of optimized flexible shaft shows that the optimized scheme can precipitously decrease the entire stress-level and thus improve its working life.
