摘    要:应用热力耦合有限元法,建立了H型钢万能热轧过程的数学模型,模拟了不同轧制参数下的热轧变形过程,结果表明,H型钢的腹板和翼缘在变形过程中有很强的相互牵制作用,交界处金属在不同时刻发生双向流动,增大翼缘压下率有助于翼缘宽展,并降低腹板出口后的纵向残余压应力。

Abstract:Based on the thermomechanical coupled finite element method, a numerical model of H beam deformation during universal hot rolling was established, and deformation processes under different rolling conditions were simulated. The results of numerical simulations showed that the web and the flange have forceful interaction during deformation, and the metal in intercross zone flows in reciprocal direction within the cross section at different time. Increasing the flange reduction helps spreading flange and decreasing longitudinal compression stress of web after exit.
