Fast Moving Detection Method Based on Computer Vision and Its Application

This paper proposes a fast moving detection method and its application to red-running monitor system.This method uses advanced image processing technics and moving detection methods to figure out the moving object and can indicate the object's dirction of motion at the same time.To verify the availability of the method,an application of red-running monitor system,which is using the proposed method,is given at the end of the paper.Results show that the proposed method is very effective on moving object detection.
