耐热钢FNA组合焊接接头的高温强度试验研究

摘    要:针对电站锅炉过热器管异种钢焊接接头早期失效问题,设计和研制了珠江体钢/镍基焊缝/不锈钢异种组合焊接接头及其专用焊接材料,对接头的高温持久及蠕变强度,高温组织变化及抗裂性进行了系统的研究。结果表明:FNA组合接头具有较高的高温持久强度和蠕变极限,可大幅度提高设备的服役寿命,是取代旧接头形式的理想技术方案。

Abstract:To solve the early failure of welded joints with different kinds of steel in the superheater tubes of utility boiler,a pearlitic steel/nickel base welded joint/stainless steel(FNA) dissimilar steels combined welded joint and its special welding material is designed and developed.The high temperature endurance limit and creep rupture strength,organization change in high temperature and the crack resistance are systematically studied.The results indicate:at high temperature,the endurance and creep rapture limits of the FNA combined welding joints are rather high,which can lengthen the service life of the equipment,and using the newly developed joints to replace the old ones is an ideal technical option.
