摘    要:文章通过酸溶样品,利用柠檬酸和过氧化氢络合钨钼,抑制酸性介质中钨酸、钼酸析出,同时采用矿石标准物质作校正曲线,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定矿石中的钨。建立了一种快速准确分析批量矿石样品中钨的ICP-OES法。检出限为0.0009%。用本方法测定国家一级矿石标准物质和选矿样品中的钨含量,测定值与认定值或硫氰酸盐光度法的实验值吻合。精密度为0.57%~4.66%,加标回收率在95%~101%之间。

Abstract:In the paper, the tungsten in ores were dissolved by acids, and the content of tungsten in the solution was determined by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry. The precipitation of tungsten acid and molybdenum acid was inhibited by complexing action of citric acid and hydrogen peroxide to guarantee the determination accuracy of tungsten. A novel method for the determination of tungsten in ores by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry was developed. The detection limit was 0.0009 %. Results of tungsten were in agreement with the certified values of national standard reference materials and those obtained by thiocyanate spectrophotometry method. The relative standard deviation (RSD) were 0.57 %--4.66 %, and found recoveries were in the range of 95 %-101%.
